Cartridge filters are an ideal choice for many applications where the dust is dry and free flowing. Side cartridge removal, low head room requirements and energy efficient, cartridge filters can be used on many processes to control dust emissions. New tour filter offers two types of cartridge filters, vertically or horizontally installed cartridges, each with its own set of advantages. This provides a wide range of options for the application.

Vertical Cartridge Dust Collector

The original vertical cartridge dust collector features a built-in inlet plenum to reduce cartridge loading. Combined with vertically installed cartridges, reliable cleaning system and “on-demand” cleaning, the PleatJet optimizes all of the idea design features you would want in a dust collector.

Side removal of cartridges allows for low headroom requirements making it ideal for indoor installation.

Horizontal Cartridge Dust Collectors

Energy saving features such as “on-demand” pressure cleaning and low-pressure drop and a large selection of media specific to the requirements are only a few of the advantages offered.

The specially engineered “Opti-Pulse” cartridge cleaning system maximizes energy release providing more uniform cleaning over all the cartridge surface area including the top of the cartridge. Cleaning the cartridges only when necessary and not continuously translates into energy savings and extended cartridge life.
